Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic Paid Media Manager to create and optimize digital advertising campaigns for our SaaS clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving qualified leads and trials for software products through multiple paid channels while maintaining efficient cost metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Manage client campaign budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI
- Create and test ad copy, landing pages, and conversion paths
- Implement advanced targeting strategies for B2B SaaS audiences
- Set up conversion tracking and attribution models for accurate performance measurement
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for key metrics (CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS)
- Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for clients
- Forecast campaign performance and provide recommendations for budget allocation
- Stay updated on platform changes, features, and best practices
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams for integrated marketing approaches
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns, preferably for SaaS or B2B clients
- Proven track record of successful campaign management across multiple platforms
- Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other B2B platforms
- Strong understanding of SaaS customer acquisition metrics and funnels
- Proficiency in campaign analytics, attribution, and reporting tools
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Data-driven approach to campaign optimization and budget management
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to clients
- Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or LinkedIn Ads certifications preferred
